  Shane was very good and explained all the steps for removing squirrels from our attic. Company gives a 5 year warranty on their work which is great. I'm told just call if there is another problem and Tthey will promptly come back out at no additional charge. Shane seems very knowledgeable about his job and able to instill confidence in the home owner. Luckily he said there was no damage in our attic and here was no clan up needed. He sprayed a natural chemical to keep them from coming back and the job as done in 2 weeks. They were prompt in coming out initially / gave dates when work would occur and explained entire process. They were here when the promised Luckily we did not have to be home for exterior work ( 3 days : approx 45 mins at most ) . But had to be available for her last day work (1 day: approx 45 mins or less. )to get to attic. Again ...The work only took less than an hour each day - per our cameras - we could tell when he came and left and the last day was under an hr also- I was home for his visit . The cost was discussed up front - they came out for initial evaluations was free. They did an overall great job!!! Hopefully no more squirrels in the attic. I would use this company again if needed . We would also refer to others as they did a good job and he work was up to par- as far as we can tell. Maybe time will tell overall. We know nothing about this type of work but just wanted the varmints gone. Varmint seems to have accomplished this in under 4 hours flat. Thanks varmint gone!!! James and Pat
