  It seems small and unimpressive as the newly refurbished stores, but makes up for it with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was switching over from Verizon to ATT with my own phone, porting my number, and using prepaid plans. The staff ran the process so easily it seemed like they could've done it in their sleep. You don't come to a phone store for over-friendly and enthusiastic conversations or be pitched all possible phones/plans, you come for competent customer service and satisfying results. That's what I got, with a bit of relaxed friendliness in the air. Thanks guys!
