The lack of service at this location has me reconsidering another carrier! Unreal! Save yourself the aggravation and go to the sprint store on galleria blvd. I went there after my unfortunate (and waste of time) visit to the Matthews location. The staff there were polite, knowledgeable and efficient! I got what I needed done in under 15 minutes.
