  OMG, Anais, the owner, is a total rip off artist! He came so highly recommended and impressed us so much the first time he came out to fix some computer issues and to set up a new phone system for us. We bought a modem from him (at twice what he said it would cost, but we were so enchanted, we paid it without question). He promised to come back the next week to actually do the work. We paid him $840 and never saw him again. Our phones didn't work, my computer had not been fixed. I called and emailed repeatedly over the next 3 months. He never once returned a call or responded to an email. I contacted the referral agency and the owner began trying to contact Anais. At first, Anais told him he'd call us right away, but after a few of those false promises, he began ducking that guy's calls, too. We had to hire someone else to set up the phones and work on my computer. I wrote Anais to tell him I was going to start writing reviews and asked for part of our payment back. He called me then, very upset that I had "messed up his business" with the referral agency, saying he had been out of the country this whole time (I know this to be a lie and he does have an international cell phone). He said he would return part of the money, though he viewed it as robbery, and I gave him a deadline. Of course, there is no money from him well after that deadline. He absolutely feels victimized and innocent, makes dishonest excuses about his performance. He's told so many lies I can't even keep up with them. Stay far away from this company!
