  I needed 4 appliances before Thanksgiving for my mother and 2 weeks prior, goto Plaza Appliance. Great experience and helpful with selection. We knew what we wanted and made the purchase and scheduled delivery for the following week. Next day get a call and 2 of 4 appliances are back ordered! Stove had quality defect and had to be returned. 4 deliveries later and nearly Christmas, all was in place. The manager promised a $50 credit that I paid for delivery but today still have not received that. Many promises and mistakes. I normally would not leave a review but under the false promises and no follow up on what is owed, created the need. Pay attention if you want to work with this company. Nice people and my bad experience may not reflect yours but it was a frustrating to say the least.
