  Ordered a cake 2 days in advance, received a text saying it was ready, went to pick it up and was told it wasn't there. They said the cake decorator hadn't been there all day. A woman tried to look in the freezer but a man stopped her and told her it wasn't there. About 3 hours later I received a phone call saying they found it in the freezer while cleaning it out. Harris Teeter always has good tasting cakes but I'm disappointed in this locations bakery and deli employees. Not all but most are rude and in a hurry, and my online sub orders are always a good 15min late. I've worked in retail, I understand how frustrating it can get, but these employees need to learn patience and proper procedures. Why wasn't the computer checked for the order?
