  These folks are super friendly and knowledgeable about their store and inventory. The only problem I've ever encountered took about an hour to resolve since all but one of their online ordering kiosks were down. There was no one on staff that could help, it seemed that only 1 person knew they were down but didn't pass that info along to the other staff, and we had to figure that out one kiosk at a time. An hour later, the item they didn't have in stock was ordered and arrived at my door when expected. If you go on the weekend, the shoe department can be crowded, which takes a lot of time. But other than that, great store, clean, friendly, and usually well stocked.

  Met a gentleman named Ron at the Matthews store. I new what I was looking for and he worked with me in the hitting room to help me decide the club setup I needed. He did not push his products. He allowed me several visits to come to my own conclusion. Thanks.
