  Had a raccoon that was trapped by this company and the set a trap yesterday morning. It was trapped and we called at 3:30pm the SAME DAY to let him know that it was trapped. He said he would be over to get it. Come in at 7:30am the next DAY and it is STILL THERE. It was 90 degrees yesterday afternoon and not very cool over night. Therefore this raccoon sat out there all night with no food no water!!! This is inhuman! You do not do this to ANY animal. Just EXTREMELY DISGUSTING. Poor thing is just curled up and scared and probably severely dehydrated. We called them to let them know it was still out there. The lady that answered the phone acted like it was a no big deal DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
